Hurts' debut album almost never happened. After several failed musical projects, the duo had nearly given up on continuing their career. But Happiness became a breakthrough and made them one of the most striking British bands of the early 2010s. The guys recorded the hit Wonderful Life while unemployed, spending just £20 on their amateur music video. Now, 15 years later, this anniversary edition on vinyl sounds like a classic of new romanticism.
